Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for the common problems.
A setup row is red
Press its Fix button, or run the command it shows, then Re-check.
The sidebar says "GPU offline"
Hover it for the reason. Usually the GPU machine is off, or needs a reboot after a driver update.
The Sim tab is black
The first load of a big environment can take a few minutes. If another session holds the sim, press Run this session's sim here.
The robot moves but Data shows nothing
Restart the session's workspace. If it persists, send us the Logs tab.
Checks says to log in to GitHub
Run gh auth login on your laptop, then refresh.
