1. Information we collect
Upfreq Robotics collects information necessary to execute automated simulation test runs, including repository metadata, robot configuration files (URDF, SDF, ROS 2 parameters), and user contact information when applying for early access or requesting demos.
2. Proprietary IP & code confidentiality
Your robot software, kinematics models, and CAD geometry files are executed inside single-tenant, ephemeral cloud runners. Code is wiped immediately after test suite termination. We do not use customer proprietary code to train general AI models.
3. Security practices
We employ industry-standard end-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Simulation clusters run in isolated virtual private clouds with strict role-based access controls. We are building toward formal SOC 2 Type II certification as we scale out of beta.
